除了这里推荐的几本信号完整性方面好书,还有一本书非常值得一看《高速数字系统设计-互连理论和设计实践手册》英文名字叫《High-Speed Digital SystemDesign—A Handbook of Interconnect Theory and Design Practices》,注意这本书的作者是Stephen H. Hall,Garrett W. Hall,James A. McCall,而不是Howard Johnson的那本《高速数字设计》。
这本书的特点就是理论结合实际。从传输线的,到串扰,到有损传输线等等,有原理,有公式,有实际的例子。而且这本书也不厚中文250页左右,英文本330也左右,不像动辄1000页的书那么头大。国内有中文译本,翻译的还不错,买一本的价格也不是很贵。不过还是推荐看英文原版的,毕竟翻译过来的存在一定的误差。如果想先看看电子本的可以在这里下载。中文为扫描的pdf版本,英文为文字的pdf。

最近在看《Grounds for Grounding A Circuit to System Handbook》,发觉自己的电磁场知识遗忘的差不多了,觉得先读本基础的电磁场入门书再去看。找了一圈发觉还是谢处方的《电磁场与电磁波》写的比较好,推理细致,理论也很好。看着看着就发觉,这不是大学时候上课的课本么。电子版的看着太累,准备去买本纸质的,价格也不是很贵.

这个是Eric Bogatin之前的那本Signal Integrity Simplified的第二版,加上了电源完整性的内容.这本书深入浅出,适合入门。第一版在国内有卖,有英文影印的,也有中文翻译版的。
第二版国内貌似还没有卖的,这里有电子版的。
